We’re looking for a MDS Coordinator/Registered Nurse (RN):
Our MDS Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of the standards of nursing practice and objectives as it relates to the Minimum Data Set requirements and with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Responsible for optimal reimbursement, proper documentation/diagnoses to justify the reason for a skilled service and reimbursement request.
