We’re Looking for a Part-time MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse:

As the MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse is responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of the standards of nursing practice and objectives as it relates to the Minimum Data Set requirements and with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
